As the TBF Bartın Provincial Representative, TBF Transportation, Traffic and Road Safety Board Member, and Cycling Life Platform Member, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Artar exchanged views with other cycling representatives from the region and the country, as well as the Federation Management, regarding the development of cycling in Bartın.
