"We continue our quality journey without slowing down"
Emphasizing their efforts towards internalizing and spreading the culture of quality assurance, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun stated that the achievements were the result of intensive efforts.
Rector Uzun said, "We closely monitor the quality processes of our education, research, administrative services, and continue our quality journey without slowing down, determinedly pursuing the goals we have set with our 2019-2023 Strategic Plan. As a result of long-term efforts, we have increased our number of accredited programs to six, while the process is ongoing in five of our programs."
"We aim for a structure integrated with the world"
Referring to the efforts to spread the culture of quality to the grassroots, Rector Uzun also stated, "Our goal is to ensure that our students graduate as competent individuals, improve their R&D capabilities, and accelerate their contributions to society. We are delighted to reap the fruits of these activities that we carry out within the planning, implementation, control, and corrective action cycle. With these thoughts, I would like to thank our President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, YÖK members, the President of the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) Prof. Dr. Muhsin Kar and the board members for their support in our quality-focused activities.
